Traditional Belizean cuisine is a bold fusion of flavors, blending influences from Mayan, Caribbean, and Latin American cultures. Van Rey Farms has made it their mission to source the best locally grown, flavourful fruits and vegetables, grass-fed meats, and fresh fish straight from their backyard. Chef Anderson Morales leads their culinary journey. Growing up in the beautiful Bullet Tree Falls, a mountain village along the Mopan River, Chef Anderson traveled the world to gather inspiration for his creations. He has won multiple awards for his culinary expertise and has worked at some of the most sought-after fine dining restaurants in Belize. Now, as part of the Van Rey Farms vision, Chef Anderson is curating Belizean Craft Cuisine with European influence, offering us a truly unique dining experience.
