In fall 2024, I teamed up with Carrie from Root to Rise Yoga Retreats to host a rejuvenating weekend getaway in Ontario’s cottage country. Inspired by our incredible retreat together in Greece, we brought the same spirit of connection and renewal closer to home.

Held from November 1st to 4th at The Cedars Halliburton, the retreat offered a tranquil escape as the season shifted to autumn. Guests stayed in cozy side-by-side cottages with stunning views of West Lake, enjoying a heated studio for daily inferno hot pilates and yoga sessions, as well as a sauna for ultimate relaxation.

Every detail was thoughtfully planned, creating a perfect balance of health, wellness, and indulgence in the serene beauty of fall. It was a refreshing experience filled with connection, renewal, and relaxation.
