In 2024, I hosted three unforgettable week-long retreats on the stunning island of Crete, Greece, each of which sold out. We stayed at a boutique property on Kissamos Paralia Beach, offering serene ocean views and easy access to authentic Greek culture and the nearby town of Kissamos.

The days were filled with highlights like daily yoga and fitness sessions, a private boat trip to Balos Lagoon and Gramvousa Island, and visits to iconic beaches such as Elafonisi and Falasarna. Guests enjoyed Greek culinary experiences, including breakfast at the hotel, dinners at local tavernas, a Greek cookout, and a lively night of Cretan dancing and plate smashing.

With an educational olive oil tour, opportunities for relaxation with sunbeds and snorkeling gear, and time to explore by bike, this retreat was a perfect mix of culture, wellness, and adventure. Greece 2024 truly was a trip of a lifetime!
