This was my first solo travel experience... it so empowering, and self affirming.   Niki and Rebecca picked the most calming serene lodging in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. We were fueled by the most nutritious meals and surrounded by a group of women who just met! Being led & guided by Niki & Rebecca helped me to make peace with things that were holding me back mentally. Doing yoga and high intensity pilates in the costa rican mountain side jungle, being so close to nature, working on strengthening your body makes you stand tall and hold your head up high because you know you are doing something good for your body.

 

The fun, immersive excursions were perfect! From jungle walks, rope bridges, exquisite waterfalls, and volcanic mud-baths,  these ladies planned the perfect retreat and there was nothing we had to worry about nothing.
