Our Greece retreats are immersive, soul-restoring experiences that blend movement, connection, and the simple magic of life by the sea. Each week offers a unique retreat experience, cohosted by a different instructor and guided by its own rhythm, classes, and intention, all rooted in the same breathtaking coastal home.

This isn’t just a place to stay. It becomes a second home.
 

We’re based in Kissamos Bay, a quieter, soul-filled corner of Crete where life moves a little slower and the sea is always within reach. We stay in a family-run home turned boutique hotel, located on Kissamos Paralia beach, just steps from the water.

The atmosphere is warm, authentic, and deeply Greek.
Only a short walk to local shops, cafés, and seaside tavernas, it offers the perfect balance of rest and exploration.
 

Expect sunrise swims in the sea, leisurely seaside dinners, unhurried mornings, and yes, more Greek yogurt than you could ever need.

Traveling solo? You’re in great company. Many of our guests arrive on their own. If you choose a shared room, we’re happy to thoughtfully pair you with a like-minded retreat participant.

Each room includes either:

• Two single beds, or

• One double bed
