I, the undersigned participant, willingly and voluntarily agree to participate in the retreat (the "Event") organized by Niki Jean (Niki Gilmour). In consideration for being allowed to participate in this Event, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Non-Refundable Policy: I understand and agree that all payments made for the retreat are non-refundable. If I am unable to attend for any reason, I acknowledge that no refunds or credits will be issued. I accept full responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent my participation. In some cases, transfers to another participant may be permitted at the discretion of the organizer.
Assumption of Risks: I am aware that participation in any retreat, whether local or international, involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to transportation risks, health risks, and risks associated with unfamiliar environments.
Medical Condition: I certify that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the Event. I understand the importance of disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies that may affect my ability to participate.
Travel Insurance: For international retreats, I am responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance to cover any potential health, travel, or other related expenses. For local retreats, I am responsible for ensuring that I have appropriate coverage for any potential risks. Niki Jean (Niki Gilmour), or any guest host accompanying Niki is not liable for any such expenses.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations: I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the establishments where the Event takes place. Failure to do so may result in my removal from the Event without refund.
Right to Refuse Participation: All Inclusive by Niki Jean reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who, in their sole discretion, is deemed not to be a good fit for the Event. This decision is final and may be made before or during the Event.
Liability Release: I release Niki Jean (Niki Gilmour), its organizers, employees, and volunteers from any liability for personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or other loss that may result from my participation in the Event.
Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Niki Jean (Niki Gilmour) and its representatives to seek and consent to emergency medical treatment on my behalf.
Photography and Publicity: I grant Niki Jean (Niki Gilmour) permission to use photographs, videos, or other media of me taken during the Event for promotional and publicity purposes.
Independent Exploration: I acknowledge that if I choose to explore independently during the Event, Niki Jean (Niki GIlmour) is not responsible for my safety or well-being during such periods of independent exploration.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND VOLUNTARILY SIGNED THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT.
