A weekend to reconnect, recharge, and celebrate yourself, surrounded by like-minded women in the heart of Muskoka. This May, I’m thrilled to host my 25th retreat at Windermere House, a place that has held countless memories over six previous retreats. This year, we celebrate in a big, intentional way, with movement, connection, and indulgence designed just for you.
 

Weekend at a Glance
Our retreat experiences run Friday evening, all day Saturday, and Sunday morning, offering a variety of ways to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. While the exact schedule is still being finalized, here’s a taste of what’s in store:

 

Movement & Mindfulness

  • Yoga: Hatha, Power Flow (Vinyasa), Yin, and Restorative

  • Movement & Mobility: Gentle exercises to build flexibility and strength

  • Pilates & Fitness Classes: Fun and invigorating sessions

  • Meditation, Breath-work & Sound Healing: Center and restore your energy

 

Rest & Recovery

  • Guided Sauna & Cold Plunge: Indoor or outdoor options for rejuvenation

  • Myofascial Release: Release tension and support recovery

 

Connection & Self-Care

  • Workshops: Designed to support connection, restoration, and self-care

  • Free Time: Relax, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and choose your own adventure

You’ll also enjoy unlimited access to Windermere House’s amenities, including:

  • Indoor steam room, sauna, and fitness centre

  • Outdoor sauna barrels, hot tub, pool and pickle ball court

Join us for a women’s weekend at Windermere House, affectionately known as the Lady of the Lake, a historic gem in the heart of Muskoka. This retreat is led by inspiring women, for women, in celebration of connection, growth, and self-care, and offers an unparalleled luxury getaway.
 

Your weekend includes two exquisite three-course dinners at The Rosseau and two generous breakfast buffets, with gratuity included. You’ll also enjoy movement and wellness sessions led by our expert instructors, plus two nights in a newly renovated garden-view room at the iconic Windermere House.
 

Beyond the classes and dining, you’ll have unlimited access to the resort’s amenities, including the hot tub, cold plunge, saunas, and fitness centre. Most importantly, you’ll have the chance to relax, connect, and reset in a calm, restorative environment surrounded by like-minded women.
 

This weekend is a gift to yourself, a chance to slow down, nourish your body and mind, and celebrate being part of a vibrant community of women.

Syd Vaughan

Founder of 3 Well by Syd

With over a decade in the wellness industry, Syd is known for her integrative and highly intuitive approach to mind–body health. Her work blends biomechanics, fascial health, breath-work, and nervous system regulation to support resilience, performance, and deep self-awareness.
 

Through a multidisciplinary practice, Syd helps individuals shift limiting patterns, better understand their bodies, and reconnect in a way that supports sustainable, long-term transformation. Her approach is both grounded in science and deeply holistic, bridging the gap between physical performance and inner regulation.

Whether through private coaching, therapeutic bodywork, speaking engagements, or wellness education, Syd represents a modern, thoughtful approach to human performance and mind–body integration.

  • Mobility and Biomechanics - focused talks: Movement-focused sessions to improve range of motion, body awareness, and overall function. Learn how your body moves, identify patterns, and gain tools to move more efficiently and with less pain or restriction.

  • Nervous System & Recovery Education: Practical insights into how your body responds to stress, and how to support recovery and regulation in everyday life.

  • Habit Building & Self-Empowerment Conversations: Thoughtful discussions designed to help you create sustainable routines and feel more in control of your health and wellness.

  • Biomechanics-Focused Talks: Learn how your body moves, identify patterns, and gain tools to move more efficiently and with less pain or restriction.

 

Kelly Brown

 

Pilates Instructor | Yoga Instructor 


Meet Kelly: a true fan favourite and one of the standout instructors at Big Bliss, the region’s number 1Pilates studio.

A lifelong movement enthusiast, Kelly’s journey began on the ice as a competitive figure skater, where she developed a deep appreciation for balance, flexibility, discipline, and focus. That early foundation naturally evolved into a passion for yoga and Pilates, where she brings the same grace, strength, and precision into every class she teaches.

With over 20 years of personal practice and more than a decade of teaching experience, Kelly is a seasoned and dynamic instructor known for her ability to create classes that are both challenging and uplifting. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Pranalife Yoga in 2014, expanded her movement expertise with Pilates training in 2019, and most recently completed her 300-hour YTT with Yoga Renew in 2024.

Kelly’s classes are the perfect blend of strength, flow, and fun. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, improve mobility, or simply enjoy a great sweat, she creates an environment where you can push your limits while still feeling supported and energized. Her positive energy, attention to detail, and ability to connect with every client are what make her classes truly special and why so many people keep coming back for more.

 

Krista Zappitelli

Fitness Coach | Private Studio Owner | Online Program Facilitator
 

Krista is a passionate fitness coach dedicated to helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered. She is known for her high-energy classes and supportive community, creating workouts that challenge the body while uplifting the spirit and igniting inner strength.


At this retreat, Krista will guide you through energizing sessions designed to leave you feeling powerful, connected, and fully alive. She also runs online transformative programs and has been a longtime collaborator, co-hosting retreats with me to bring movement, connection, and inspiration to women everywhere.

 

Tiana Bentley
 

Yoga Instructor | Pelvic Floor Yoga Instructor | Podcast Host 

I fell in love with yoga at a young age. I worked front desk at a yoga studio for about a year before training for my barre certification. Shortly thereafter, a spin studio opened up across the street and I headed in to coach rhythm rides at Cyclone Spin Studio. A long-awaited trip to Rishikesh, India in 2022 is when I finally received my 200 hr YTT. I always consider myself a student and have learned much about my movement practice since completely my initial certifications. Moving to Toronto in 2024 has brought me into the beautiful communities of Jaybird and Ride Cycle Club, where I am honoured to guide group fitness classes. Mindful movement has completely changed the way I viewed the myself and the world around me, and I am so excited to get to share in this love with you over the weekend.

How to secure your spot

To request your spot, simply email us letting us know which retreat you'd like to attend. Once you have sent your email, we will contact you to go over the details and confirm availability before your spot is reserved. Once your spot has been approved you will send pyament to my Travel Partner, Own Your Day Travel to finalize the booking and apply payment.

REFUND POLICY

Kindly note that payments are nonrefundable. However, if you’re unable to attend, we will make every effort to fill your spot. If we are successful in doing so, we’ll refund your payment, minus an administrative fee.
