Last year’s Windermere House weekend retreats were such a hit that I’m bringing them back! This season, you’ll have two retreats to choose from, each co-hosted with brilliant guest instructors. While every weekend includes the same core offerings, the class lineup will vary and every class is completely optional. This women’s-only Valentine’s Weekend Retreat, co-hosted by Julie Zettel, is designed to feel like a warm, heart-opening escape. Julie’s signature approach to yoga blends mindfulness, precision, and heart-centered guidance, helping every participant feel seen, supported, and fully nourished. I will be leading Pilates sessions that beautifully complement her yoga practice, focusing on core strength, mobility, and full-body integration.
On Sunday, we’ll team up for a special session: I will begin with a 45-minute Pilates class to strengthen, tone, and energize your body, and Julie will follow with a 45-minute yoga flow designed to restore, lengthen, and open the body. Together, our teachings create a perfectly balanced experience that leaves you feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and fully aligned.
This retreat is about so much more than movement. It is about connection, the kind that forms effortlessly when women come together with open hearts. I’m thrilled to be co-hosting this retreat weekend with Penny P, a yoga instructor, podcast host, and radiant human whose teachings blend warmth, wisdom, and grounded presence in a way that stays with you long after class ends. After experiencing her beautiful Hatha practices myself, I knew I had to invite her to lead the weekend’s yoga, sharing her gifts in a deeper, more immersive way.
Throughout the retreat, Penny will guide thoughtfully crafted yoga classes:

How to secure your spot
To request your spot, simply email us letting us know which retreat you'd like to attend. Once you have sent your email, we will contact you to go over the details and confirm availability before your spot is reserved. Once your spot has been approved you will send pyament to my Travel Partner, Own Your Day Travel to finalize the booking and apply payment.
REFUND POLICY
Kindly note that payments are nonrefundable. However, if you’re unable to attend, we will make every effort to fill your spot. If we are successful in doing so, we’ll refund your payment, minus an administrative fee.
